1. Transforming your Top Team should be fun, not heavy - but it's not always easy fun

Charismatic facilitators get a buzz from leaving teams on a high after a great initial workshop.  But it doesn't work.  Your goal is to drive bigger value creation.  The beliefs and behaviours tripping you up need you to start having a different experience of each other.

2.  The best results come from a Top Team journey of several workshop and coaching interventions over a period of months.  

If that feels too steep an investment, how much more time and money will it cost if you fail to shift what needs shifting now?  Find the right development partner, and commit to the journey.
